WHEN ?

Only GOD KNOWS

ÒTOP SECRET OF THE AGESÓ

ÒDONÕT EVEN ASK!Ó

Why God wonÕt tell,

The Bible predicts the Nativity of Christ.

The Events of His life

His Crucifixion and His death

His resurrection and His ascension!

With the promise of and the manner of His return.

Only the mind of God holds the secret of WHEN?

(Ask yourself) #1 #2 #3

# 1WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW!

#2 What would you do differently, if you did know?

#3 Would that please God?

A number of Bible references speak to this.  Here we list a few.
Enough to show what God expects of us.

KEEP THE FAITH

WATCH AND WAIT - - - - - - -

Jesus spoke to this over 2,000 years ago and counting.

Each generation asks, will this be the time?  Will we live to see it?  We are reminded: The promise is that He will come. Not that we will see our next birthday, nor Christmas, but perhaps today we shall see Him, face to face!

If there is something you want to say, a thank you, that you think appropriate, or an apology note to write, do it now.

That is why God doesnÕt set a date or tell us what day it is to be.

Mean time, we await His promised return.

Through the centuries, countless men have predicted His return, each one has been wrong.  In our time, followers of these men have left their dead bodies in layered piles. For others to bury.

Read what Jesus said when His Disciples asked the timeless question.

ÒIt is not for you to know about dates or times, which the Father has set within His own controlÓ ACTS 1:7- 8

But about that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, not even the .Son; only the Father   Matt:24, 16

ÒWe are arrogantly wrong, to ask.Ó (nw)

Jesus saysÓ Happy that servant who is found at his task, when his master comes.Ó Hold yourselves, ready, therefore, because the Son of Man will come at the time you least expect HimÓ.  Matt 24:44

The obvious lesson, for us is simple, direct and imperative.Ó Let us be perpetually ready for His return, with our Faith intact.Ó nw

It follows that the Christian should not try to out guess God.  His time is better spent taking JesusÕ request to Keep the Faith as we wait for ChristÕs return.
